I'm a somatic life coach based in Portugal, originally from France but shaped by a life and career in London.

I bring a rich and diverse background from both the corporate world and the personal development field. For 15 years, I worked across industries like logistics, investment banking, private equity, and luxury goods. In 2018, I made the shift into facilitation and coaching, blending my professional experience with my passion for supporting others on their journey of growth.

I hold an ICF Accredited Diploma in Body-Oriented Coaching (Level 2) from The Somatic School, and my approach is also informed by trainings in analytical psychology, color therapy, emotional freedom technique, and somatic practices. This combination of tools allows me to create a holistic and supportive space where meaningful exploration and transformation can unfold.

In our first session, we’ll explore how we’ll work together and clarify what you’d like to focus on during this process: perhaps you have something specific you’d like to explore, or maybe you’re simply looking for someone to walk alongside you as you navigate this chapter of your life.

Each session offers you a reflective space to pause, explore, and take steps toward the personal or professional goals that matter most to you.

My role is to provide a safe and supportive environment—one that feels encouraging and, at times, gently challenging—so you can move toward the changes you’re seeking.

What to expect

This coaching approach is rooted in the belief that you are the expert on your own life.

I won’t give advice or tell you what to do. Instead, I’ll ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to help you look at things in a new way, uncover fresh insights, and find your own answers.

I’m here to walk beside you as you reconnect with your own wisdom and discover the next steps that feel right for you.

The somatic (body) dimension

In addition to working with the mind, our sessions may also include an invitation to tune into the body.

Sometimes, slowing down and noticing what’s happening within can help you access deeper understanding and clarity—beyond what the mind alone can provide.

This process is always collaborative. If I suggest a practice or exercise, it’s just that—an invitation, never an obligation.

You’re encouraged to approach this work with curiosity, but it’s just as important to trust yourself and let me know what feels right for you in the moment.
